INGREDIENTS

Wonton Wrappers (We use Nasoya)

Avocado Spray (or olive oil)

12 oz Cream Cheese (room temperature)

1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt (or Sour Cream)

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (separated)

1/2lb Bacon - cooked and diced (optional)

2-3 Jalepenos - chopped (save 1 whole jalapeño for garnish if you wish)
INSTRUCTIONS

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees

Lightly spray your muffin tins with Avocado Spray (or a spray of your choice)

Gently press your wontons into the tins and bake for about 7 minutes or until lightly toasted

Remove from oven and let cool before handling

In a large bowl, place room temperature cream cheese, 1 cup of the shredded cheese, 1 cup of greek yogurt or sour cream, chopped jalepenos and half the bacon. (If you have a mixer it will make this step so much easier!)

Mix well and fill each cup with the mixture

Place remaining cheddar cheese evenly over the cups and bake until cheese is melted

Garnish with remaining bacon and or slices of Jalepeños
